SustainX Annual 2026 Summit Held Grandly in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The SustainX Annual 2026 Summit, a comprehensive platform for discussions on sustainable development, responsible leadership and building future-ready organizations, was held grandly in Hyderabad. Organized by the Telangana Facility Management Council (TFMC), the summit brought together government representatives, industrialists, senior corporate executives, experts and social sector representatives.

The summit went beyond viewing sustainability solely through the lens of environmental protection, with discussions covering a wide range of topics including technology, organizational leadership, infrastructure, sustainable procurement, future workplaces, healthcare, CSR, civic services and sustainable tourism.

The event began with delegate registration, the national anthem, a welcome ceremony and cultural performances. TFMC Founder President Mathala Satyanarayana formally inaugurated the summit with an inspiring address and explained about their journey.

The GCC Conclave emerged as one of the major highlights of the event, featuring extensive discussions on the evolving role of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in building sustainable organizations. Telangana IT Joint Secretary and IAS officer Anudeep Durishetty inaugurated the session by lighting the ceremonial lamp and spoke about the future of Hyderabad’s infrastructure and the importance of encouraging developers, eco system, tansformation of AI technology and sustainability growth.

The Procurement Conclave focused on value, infrastructure resilience and sustainable procurement, with experts sharing their insights and perspectives.

The afternoon sessions placed emphasis on people, technology, healthcare and social responsibility. A special One Life conversation featuring actor Dr. Bhadram attracted considerable attention from the audience. The HR Conclave explored the future of workplaces, while dedicated sessions on healthcare leadership were conducted with representatives from KIMS Hospitals.

The CSR Conclave featured discussions on building a stronger society through responsible leadership. A presentation on the initiatives of Sarvejana Foundation, along with special addresses on various social initiatives, formed part of the session. The ‘Support the Girl Child’ initiative undertaken by TFMC Cares was another major attraction.

Special presentations were also held on the potential for developing the Yadadri and Pochampally regions as sustainable tourism destinations.

In the evening, Elizabeth from Lloyds delivered a special address. Civic Excellence Awards were presented to GHMC officials and traffic constables, while KIMS Hospitals conducted a dedicated Healthcare Leadership Talk.
IT Joint secretary Anudeep Dirishetty attended the summit as the chief guest and delivered a key address. He highlighted the importance of technology, organizational development, service quality and responsible growth, providing valuable direction to industry stakeholders.

The summit concluded with business exhibitions, networking zones, cultural programmes and a fusion dance performance, which added to the vibrancy of the event.

The organizers stated that the primary objective of SustainX 2026 was to bring government policy, industry, technology, infrastructure, healthcare, CSR, civic services and tourism onto a common platform and transform sustainable ideas into actionable partnerships.
